On the basis of the harmonic gear drive theory,taking into account of the elliptic wave generator arranged inside the flexspline,a certain angle would be produced in the flexspline in the axial direction,thus making the flexspline and wave generator nat completely fit.In order to study the effect of the cone angle on the meshing gear between flexspline and circular spline,this paper simulates and analyzes the flexspline in the initial deformation,no-load and load conditions by the finite element software Abaqus.The analysis results show that the deformation of the flexspline caused by the cone angle formed in the axial direction is larger than the theoretical value.And in the no-load and load conditions,the front section of the flexspline tooth and the rear section connected with barrel are in high stress positions.And it is easy to produce point engagement in the involute gear on the front section,and this phenomenon is greatly improved on the double-circular-arc tooth profile.%在谐波齿轮传动理论的基础之上,考虑到椭圆波发生器装入柔轮后,柔轮会在轴向产生一定的锥角,使得柔轮内壁与波发生器之间无法完全贴合.为研究这一锥角对刚、柔轮齿之间啮合的影响,通过有限元软件Abaqus,对柔轮在初始变形、空载和负载的情况下进行了仿真分析.分析结果表明柔轮在轴向上形成的锥角使得柔轮在长轴方向上的变形量大于理论值,并且在空载和负载的情况下,柔轮齿圈前截面的齿和后截面与筒体连接的部位为应力较大位置,另外渐开线齿形在齿圈前截面易产生尖点啮合,而双圆弧齿形能够有效地改善这一现象.
