This paper takes the hydraulic cylinder with rear flange as object of experimental research and analysis.The finite element analytic result of the the hydraulic cylinder tested under axial and lateral force is obtained by using the software of ANSYS/Workbench,including the offset of piston rod end and the critical load of the lateral force.And then the lateral rorce testing device is designed and the type of the lateral force loading hydraulic cylinder is selected by its calculation.This device meets the testing requirement of its axial and lateral force and the security and reliability of the hydraulic system are perfectly ensured.%以后端法兰型液压缸作为测试试验及分析研究的对象,基于ANSYS/Workbench所得到的被测试液压缸在同时承受轴向力和侧向力时的有限元分析结论,包括液压缸活塞杆端部的偏移量以及液压缸的侧向临界载荷,进行了侧向力试验装置的结构设计和侧向力加载缸的选型计算,满足了对被试液压缸同时进行轴向和侧向加载的试验要求,为提升液压系统安全性及可靠性提供保证.
