零排放多功能手摇旋转式豆浆机

摘要

为迎合现代低碳理念,设计了一种新型的纯机械式手摇旋转豆浆机.它采用行星轮传动的方法,产生高传动比来提高刀片转速,使其转速高于电动产品.手摇杆连接主轮,为刀片转动提供动力,再辅以两对行星齿轮和飞轮,防止豆浆机在工作时的震动和晃动.最终达到在最省力的情况下,高效的研磨,节能减排,低碳环保.%To cater to the low carbon concept,this paper designs a new type of hand soybean milk machine in which the pure mechanical skill is adopted.Due to the planetary gear transmission,its transmission ratio is higher,so that the speed of blade is improved,that its speed is faster than other electric products.The handhold links up with the main gear in order to supply power for the blade.And it is equipped with another two pairs of planetary gears and flywheels,which can be used to prevent it from shaking in the operation.It aims at saving effort improving efficiency,saving energy and reducing emission.
