某型辅助动力装置减速器试验台的研制与应用

摘要

辅助动力装置减速器的转速通常很高,其性能试验一般在整机试车台上进行,为降低研制风险和提高研制进度,为某型辅助动力装置减速器设计了一套减速器试验台.简要介绍了减速器试验台的研制背景、试验台的总体结构组成以及研制过程中的难点,经过对试验台高速轴系的反复分析计算以确定设计方案,实际应用说明试验台的研制是成功的.%Due to high gearbox speed of auxiliary power device,its performance is tested on the whole engine test-bed.To reduce the development risk and advance the development schedule,this paper design a gearbox test-bed for the auxiliary power device,introduces the development background,whole structure and difficulty in its development process and determines its design scheme by repeat analysis,calculation and argumentation.It is proved by the practical application that the development of the aero engine gearbox test-bed is successful.
