针对企业迫切需要开展可视化工艺设计的实际需求,以DELMIA为平台,研究了飞机产品的三维可视化装配工艺设计模式.通过对飞机制造工艺流程进行分析,将工艺信息总结为3类:产品、工艺和资源,建立产品-工艺-资源模型,用于描述产品结构、工艺设计与工艺资源的详细内容以及三者之间的内在联系.基于此模型在DELMIA软件平台上建立了产品-工艺-资源结构树,完成了三维可视化装配工艺规划和工艺仿真验证.将上述研究方法应用于某机型框组件装配工艺设计,能够更加直观、快捷的完成相关工作,满足企业需求.%In view of actual requirements of visual process planning,3D visual process planning mode for aircraft in DELMIA software is proposed.Through analyzing aircraft manufacturing process planning,process information can be divided into product,process and resource informations.And the Product-Process-Resource (PPR) model is established,which is used to expresses the detailed contents and the inherent relation of product structure,process planning and resources.Then,tree structure of PPR model is constructed in DELMIA software,and the 3D visual assembly process planning and the process simulation are realized.The method above is applied to assembly process panning of an aircraft engine cabin plate,which made related work more efficient and meet the actual needs for enterprises.
