飞机部件自动对接的位姿标定计算及软件系统设计

摘要

飞机部件对接作为飞机总装过程重要步骤之一,是指将两个或多个相邻组件连接形成大型结构件的过程.国内飞机部件对接装配除了采用传统手动调整的方法外,逐渐引入了先进测量、定位调姿设备,但仍然存在对接自动化程度不高等问题.针对这一问题,提出了一种飞机部件自动对接的位姿标定计算方案,并基于Qt和OSG API设计开发了飞机部件对接软件系统,为实现自动化对接提供了方案及软件支持.%Aircraft component butt is the process of jointing many adjacent components to a big component in aircraft.It is an important step of the aircraft assembly.In the aircraft assembly at home,the traditional manual operation mode is still used,while the advanced measuring and fixing equipment is used in some enterprises,but some problems exist in these equipment,such as lower automation etc.This paper puts forward a scheme of calibration and position and orientation computation of aircraft components in aircraft component butt,that Qt frame and OSG API are used to design and develop a software system of the aircraft component butt.
