The effect of laser power,welding speed and defocusing amount on the property of joint is studied in the fiber laser weld-ing for 304 stainless steel.The results show that:when the laser power is 4 kW,the welding speed is 0.038 m/s,and the defocusing amount is 0 mm, the welded joint with higher qualily and strenght is formed.The microhardness of the weld zone is higher,the ten-sile strength of the joint is up to 83% of the base metal,the appearance of the fracture with laceration appears at the shear lip.It be-longs to the ductile fracture.%采用光纤激光对6 mm的304不锈钢进行对接焊接试验,分别研究了激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量等参数对接头性能的影响.结果表明:激光功率为4 kW,焊接速度0.038 m/s,离焦量为0 mm时,得到较为优异的焊接接头.焊缝区的硬度较高,接头试样抗拉强度是母材的83.0%,可以在断口处发现存在一定的剪切唇,且断口呈撕裂状,韧窝形貌明显,属于韧性断裂.
