难切削金属材料零件热等静压近净成形工艺研究

         

摘要

镍合金和钛合金等金属材料,由于其性能优良,常用于航空航天领域重要零件的制造,但这些材料的机械加工工艺性差,加工困难.所研究的热等静压近净成形技术,建立在粉末冶金技术和现代模具设计与制造技术基础上,可在较低的温度和高的压力下,一次性成形出尺寸精度高、性能优良的复杂零件,可以解决难切削金属材料复杂零件加工困难和加工成本过高等问题,为难切削金属材料复杂零件制造提供了一条新的途径.%Many key components used in the aerospace field are made of difficult processing materials such as nickel alloy and titani-um alloy.The components are hardly machined and their quality does not get on guarantee.Hot Isosastic Pressing(HIP) in this pa-per is performed based on powder metallurgy technology and modern mold technology,it is able to make the powder materials com-pletely densified and the performace of the near net shape forming parts better than one of homogeneity forging parts.It can not only overcome the problem of difficult-manufacturing,but also considerably improve the utilization of expensive materials,and according-ly reduce the manufacturing cost.
