一种硬币存储装置控制系统的设计与实现

     

摘要

设计了控制一个栅格式结构的硬币存储装置的控制系统,主控芯片采用高性能、低成本、低功耗及片上资源丰富的STM32F103ZE,硬件电路由单片机最小系统电路、RS232串口电路、电源转换电路、光电传感器检测电路、电磁铁驱动电路及步进电机驱动电路6部分组成,根据设计的控制流程编程运行,装置性能满足收币和找零的使用要求.%This paper designs a control system of coin storage device with grid structure,the STM32F103ZE with high performance, low cost, low power consumption and rich on-chip resources is used in the master chip of the control system. The hardware circuit is composed of MCU minimum system circuit,RS232 serial port circuit,power conversion circuit,photoelectric sensor detection cir-cuit, electromagnet drive circuit and stepper motor drive circuit. Its programming and running operate according to the design of the control process and its performance index can satisfy the operating requirements of receiving and changing coins.
