FQ1850大卷径铝箔分切机开卷锥头的优化设计

摘要

介绍FQ1850大卷径铝箔分切机工艺流程和开卷机结构.分析现有开卷机在使用过程中出现的问题,对开卷机锥头结构进行优化设计,解决开卷机存在的问题,降低了设备操作人员的劳动强度,提高了设备的整体性能.%This paper introduces the technological process of FQ1850 large diameter aluminum foil slitter and the structure of the un-winding coiler, analyses the problems existing in operating process of the unwinding coiler.Through the structural optimization design of the unwinding coiler cone-head, the problems existing in the unwinding coiler are solved,the labour intensity of the operators is reduced and its whole performance is improved.
