针对某汽车侧围尾灯翻边处在实际生产过程中发生的起皱现象,分别提出了在该处翻边上增加3个和5个工艺缺口两种方案对起皱缺陷进行改进,基于板料成形模拟软件AUTO-FORM对两种改进方案进行仿真研究,与原始方案进行对比,观察起皱现象的改进情况,与实际生产相结合,验证了改进方案二的有效性和可行性,为实际生产提供参考.%To restrain the wrinkle phenomenon of the taillight flanging on the automobile side wall during the actual production, two modified schemes are proposed, namely,three and five technological gaps are increased to make the wrinkle better. This paper u-ses AUTOFORM forming simulation software to simulate and study two modified schemes and compares two schemes with the origi-nal scheme to improve the wrinkle phenomenon and then verifys its effective ness and feasibility in the actual production of the sec-ond scheme. The guidance is provided for the actual production.
