柴油机曲轴主轴承润滑性能分析

             

摘要

Based on elastohydrodynamic lubrication( EHD) and bearing dynamic theory,taking the roughness of bearing and journal, as well as the distortion of crankshaft and bearing blocks into account, the lubrication simulation model of a quadruple engine main bearing was established, and the effect of different radial clearance, oil supply pressure and bearing width was studied for the purpose of reducing the friction consumption. The results show that the forth main bearing has smaller minimum oil film thickness, larger maximum oil film pressure and largest friction consumption, which means that it has the worst lubrication properties. To get lower friction consumption,the radial clearance should be enlarged properly,oil supply pressure and bearing width should be decreased properly,as long as credible lubrication properties can be meet. By optimization, the forth main bearing has larger minimum oil film thickness, smaller maximum oil supply pressure and smaller friction consumption.%基于弹性流体动力润滑(EHD)和轴承动力学理论,计及轴瓦、轴颈的粗糙度及曲轴和轴承座变形的影响,建立四缸内燃机主轴承的润滑分析模型.在此模型的基础上,分析轴承间隙、供油压力和轴承宽度等参数对内燃机主轴承润滑性能的影响.结果表明:第4轴承的最小油膜厚度较小,最大油膜压力较大,摩擦功耗最大,即具有较差的摩擦性能;为减少摩擦功耗,应在保证可靠的润滑性能的前提下,适当地增大轴承间隙、减小供油压力和减小轴承宽度.对第4主轴承进行优化分析,优化后的最小油膜厚度增大,最大油膜压力减小,摩擦功耗有所降低.
