利用 ANSYS 有限元分析软件模拟分析 Y 形圈在静压密封状态下的密封性能,研究结构参数对 Y 型密封圈密封性能的影响。结果表明:唇外倾角和唇谷高是 Y 形圈保持良好密封性能的2种关键结构参数,唇外倾角和唇谷高太大均不能保证密封性能,而唇谷高太小则会增大摩擦力,降低 Y 形圈的使用寿命;工作油压对密封圈性能有明显的影响,过高的静态工作油压易导致 Y 形圈材料的松弛和开裂,进而引起密封失效,而最容易出现裂纹的位置是密封唇唇谷处。%The sealing properties of Y-ring under static sealing state were simulated and analyzed by using finite element software analysis ANSYS.The effect of structure parameters on sealing properties were discussed.The results show that the camber angle and valley height of sealing lips are the key structure parameters to keep good sealing property of Y-ring. Higher camber angle and valley height of sealing lips cannot guarantee the good sealing property,and lower valley height of sealing lips may increase the fraction and decrease the service life of Y-ring.The working pressure has a significant im-pact on the sealing property,higher working pressure is easily to cause slack and flaw of Y-ring material,and lead to seal-ing failure.The sealing lip valley is most likely to occur flaw.
