不同材料水润滑艉轴承的摩擦特性和磨损寿命研究

         

摘要

To achieve a reasonable selection of water lubricated stern tube bearing of ship stern shaft under different working conditions,common plastic and metal plastic synthetic rubber bearing under freshwater and seawater lubrication was tested on the friction wear test machine to compare their wear behaviors.Through accelerated test,the wear life two kinds of rubber bearings was compared.The results show that the friction coefficient and wear rate of two kinds of bearings are higher under seawater lubrication than under freshwater lubrication.Under seawater lubrication,the friction coefficient and wear rate of ordinary rubber bearings are smaller,and the normal service life is higher than those of synthetic rubber bearings,whereas in freshwater lubrication it is the opposite.Therefore,when lubricated by freshwater,it is suitable for adopting metal plastic synthetic rubber bearings,when lubricated by seawater,it is suitable for adopting ordinary rubber bearings.%为实现船舶艉轴水润滑艉轴承不同工况下的合理选型,采用摩擦磨损试验机,对比研究常用的普通塑料和金属塑料合成橡胶轴承在淡水和海水润滑下的磨损特性,通过加速试验比较2种橡胶轴承的磨损寿命.结果表明:海水润滑下轴承的摩擦因数和磨损率都要高于淡水润滑下;海水润滑下,普通橡胶轴承比合成橡胶轴承的摩擦因数和磨损率要小,正常使用寿命要高,而淡水润滑下则相反.因此,当船舶的艉轴承采用淡水润滑时,适合使用金属塑料合成橡胶轴承,当采用海水润滑时,适合使用普通橡胶轴承.
