基于双杆-弹簧模型的波箔型气体动压轴承特性研究

         

摘要

应用双杆-弹簧模型计算波箔型气体动压轴承波箔的等效刚度矩阵,应用有限元法计算顶箔的挠度,通过控制气膜厚度的收敛,由Reynolds方程迭代求解出轴承的波箔挠度、顶箔挠度、气膜厚度和压力分布.通过算例,研究波箔等效刚度与相关参数的关系,研究轴承载荷与转速、环境压力以及平均气膜厚度的关系.结果表明:轴承的承载能力随轴承转速的增大而增大,且增大的速率逐渐减小;轴承承载能力随轴承内部环境压力的增大而增大;平均气膜厚度越小,轴承承载能力越大.%The equivalent stiffness matrix of bump-type foil bearings was calculated by using the link-spring model,the deflection of top foil was calculated by using finite element method,and the deflections of bump-type foil and top-foil,the thickness of air film and the pressure distribution of bump-type foil bearings were obtained by resolving Reynolds equation with iteration which stops by the convergence of the air film thickness.The relationship between equivalent stiffness of bump-type foil and the other parameters,and the relationship between bearing loads and rotate speeds,environment pressures and average thickness of air film were studied by an example.The results show that the load capacity of bearing is increased with the increasing of the bearing speed,and the increasing rate is decreased gradually.The bearing capacity of bearing is also increased with the internal pressure of the bearing.The smaller the average film thickness,the greater the bearing capacity becomes.
