新型泡沫金属磁流变液阻尼器的设计及其特性

         

摘要

A novel foam metal magnetorheological fluid (MRF) damper was designed.By using the foam metal as a storage carrier of MRF,the magnetorhoological fluid can be sealed in the damping chamber,which has a good solution to the high cost and difficulty resulted from sealing magneto rheological fluid in the traditional damper.A finite element simulation of magnetic field for the damper was carried out.The uniform magnetic field distribution of the damper proves that the structural design is reasonable.A PID semi-active vibration control system was developed according to the novel damper,and a vibration damping experiment of cantilever beam was performed.The experimental results show that the metal foam MRF damper has the merits of rapid response on controlling signal and good damping controllability,indicating that the metal foam MRF damper has an advantage in using in semi active control system.%设计一款新型泡沫金属磁流变液阻尼器,将泡沫金属作为磁流变液的存储载体,使磁流变液封存在阻尼腔中,解决传统阻尼器造价高和密封难的问题;采用在端盖两端设置铜片的设计方法,对磁路中的磁力线走向进行改进,对其磁场进行有限元仿真,仿真结果表明其磁场分布均匀,证明结构设计合理.将设计的泡沫金属磁流变阻尼器用于抑制悬臂梁的振动控制实验,实验结果表明:泡沫金属磁流变液阻尼器响应迅速,可控阻尼性良好,体现了泡沫金属磁流变阻尼器用于半主动控制方面的优势.
