城市微更新理论研究现状与展望

摘要

从中国城市化路径、存量空间及存量土地价值和城市发展模式转型三方面分析了城市微更新理论的研究背景,总结了国内外城市微更新理论的研究进展,从研究内容、应用规模及研究领域三方面分析了城市微更新理论的研究趋势,提出了开发-更新、重构-改造、织补-加强及保护-整治四种城市微更新模式.%The research background of urban micro-regeneration theory is analyzed in three as-pects:urbanization path of China,the value of the stock-based space and stock land, transformation of urban development mode.The research progress of urban micro-regeneration theory is summarized. The research trend of urban micro-regeneration theory in research content,application scale and research field is analyzed.Four urban micro-regeneration modes are proposed,which includes renewal-redevel-op,refactor-renovation,darning-strengthen and protect-regulation.
