物流网络协同服务的影响因素及其相关性分析

摘要

通过文献研究和实际调研,从物流网络协同服务过程分析入手,归纳了物流网络协同的影响因素.采用SPSS相关分析,得出各影响因素之间以及影响因素和协同效果之间的相关性.通过实证分析明确了影响物流网络协同的主要因素,在这些主要因素中,交流、信任、知识获取、契约正规化等因素对协同效果有较大的直接影响,相关度较高.信任、知识获取两个影响因素和其他因素的相关最高.%Through literature review and field survey, the paper summarizes the influencing factors of logistics network collaboration and analyzes the correlativity between the factors as well as between collaboration performance and the factors using SPSS eorrelativity analysis. Out of the major influencing factors, communication, trust, knowledge acquisition, and contract regularization are found to have a direct and rather high bearing on collaboration performance and trust and knowledge acquisition are most correlated with other factors such as communication, logistics capability, contract regularization, resource availability, and macro environment.
