基于TOPSIS法的军队第三方物流供应商评价研究

摘要

In this paper, we analyzed the basic principle in the selection of third party logistics suppliers for the army and established the comprehensive evaluation index system fo the third party logistics suppliers for the army. Then we developed the comprehensive evaluation model that incorporated the entropy weight method and the TOPSIS method. At the end, through an empirical example, we tested the effectiveness and practicality of the method.%针对军队第三方物流供应商的选择评价问题,首先通过分析军队选择第三方物流供应商的基本原则,建立了军队第三方物流供应商的综合评价指标体系.其次针对传统评价中单纯由主观判断确定指标权重方法的不足,在采用熵权法确定指标客观权重的基础上,建立了一种将熵权法和TOPSIS(逼近理想解的排序方法)相结合的综合评价模型.最后进行实例分析,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性,取得了较为满意的结果.
