基于CPFR的国药控股(沈阳)有限公司补货方案优化研究

运用供应链中CPFR的补货管理模式和相关理论,从补货系统、补货目标、补货关键控制指标等方面深入研究了国药控股(沈阳)有限公司的补货管理现状,找寻其中存在的问题,并对公司补货方案进行优化.%In this paper, on the basis of the CPFR replenishment scheme and the related theories, we studied the current status of Sinopharm Medicine Holding Shenyang Co., Ltd. with regard to replenishment system, objective and KCI, identified the existing problems and proposed the optimization measures.
