GM乳业公司冷链物流问题研究

摘要

从冷链物流相关理论入手,结合GM乳业的情况,对运输方式、产品保鲜方式、改善效果等进行分析,使用IFE分析方法,找到GM乳业在冷链管理中存在的优势与劣势,并针对存在的产品质量监管力度不够,冷冻产品成本较高,科技设备投入不够,人员管理不完善等问题,提出了相应的改进措施.%In this paper, from theories of cold-chain logistics and in connection with the actual situation of GM Milk, including transportation, product freshness retaining and effect improvement, etc., we used the IFE analytic tool on the investigation data and found the way to remedy these problems.
