基于城乡一体化优化餐饮连锁企业原料配送物流业务外包

摘要

In this paper, we introduced briefly the problems in the outsourced ingredient distribution and logistics business of the Chinese chain catering enterprises and how it was influenced by the urban-rural integration and at the end, discussed the optimizing effect of several measures on the ingredient distribution system of the chain enterprises.%简述了我国餐饮连锁企业原料配送外包物流业务存在的问题及城乡一体化对餐饮连锁企业原料配送物流业务的影响，指出提高外包物流的信息化水平、改善外包物流设施、促进外包物流标准化运作等各种优化举措将使餐饮连锁体系的原料配送更好地发挥其对体系的支撑效应，连锁体系也将迎来更为广阔的发展空间。
