基于闽台高校合作的物流管理人才培养模式研究

摘要

It is a novel training mode that Fujian and Taiwan universities cooperate to educate high-level applied logistics man-agement talent with international field of vision. Based on the joint cultivation program of logistics management talent by Fuzhou University and Taiwan Ming Chuan University, this paper studies the pattern of joint cultivation from the aspects of training pro-gram, curriculum set, teaching implementation, practical education, and course assessment. The results indicate that these ways can make full use of high quality education resources both Fujian and Taiwan universities, and improve the quality of logistics management talent training so as to provide the reference for the reform of higher education in Fujian province.%闽台高校合作培养具有国际视野的高层次应用型的物流管理专业人才，是一个新的培养模式。以福州大学与台湾铭传大学联合培养物流管理专业人才项目为载体，从培养方案、课程设置、教学实施、实践教学、学业考核等方面，探讨联合培养模式，以充分利用闽台优质教育资源，提高物流管理专业人才培养质量，为福建省高等教育改革提供参考。
