Based on integrated management mode,this paper explored the matching relationship of technological innovation,human resource management and knowledge management from the system and dynamic perspective.Then this paper constructed a theoretical model of the impact of matching relationship on innovation performance.Lastly,the paper proposed the future research directions.%基于一体化管理模式,从系统、动态的视角探究技术创新、人力资源管理和知识管理匹配关系,构建三者匹配对创新绩效影响的理论模型,并在此基础上提出了未来的研究方向。
