就业能力水平决定了大学生的毕业去向，而大学生就业能力的培养离不开学校支持。学校支持定义尚未明确，常与社会支持混为一谈。物流专业相对于其他专业实操性更强，文中以物流专业大学生就业能力为中心，确定了学校支持的定义，明确了学校支持包含的具体内容，并分析了学校支持对就业能力的促进作用。%Logistics professional relative to other professional have stronger operability. The level of employment ability determines the college graduation, and the cultivation of college students' employment ability cannot develop without school support. The definition of school support was not yet clear, often confused with social support. In the aspect of operation, logistics professional is stronger than the others. This paper takes the employment ability of college students who major in logistics as an example, determines the definition of school support and the specific contents of the school support, the paper concludes that school support promotes employment ability.
