为有效提高运输效率、协调物流设施设备的建设、更好的实现全省统一规划,通过结合安徽省16个地级市的硬件支撑能力、软件信息保障能力、物流运营能力以及经济发展水平四个方面选取14项物流指标,运用基于熵权的模糊物元法对各个城市的物流发展能力进行量化,采用引力模型测度轴节点城市对辐节点城市的引力强度,从而构建了以合肥市为轴心城市,以阜阳、芜湖、蚌埠、安庆为辐心城市辐射全省的安徽省公路运输混合轴辐式物流网络,为加快安徽省物流业的发展和创新提供借鉴.%To improve the efficiency of transportation effectively,coordination of the construction of logistics facilities,better implementation of unified planning,by combining the 16 cities in Anhui provinces' hardware support ability and the ability of information assurance,logistics operation ability and the level of economic development in four aspects:the selection of 14 measures of logistics,based on entropy weight of fuzzy matter-element method to quantify the cities logistics development ability,by using the gravity model to measure strength of the gravity of the hub city and spoke city,thus we construct Hefei as a hub city,Fuyang,Wuhu,Bengbu and Anqing as spoke cities in order to radiate the logistics network of Anhui province.Our purpose is to speed up the development and innovation of the logistics industry in Anhui province.
