摘要

A scientific and rational evaluation on highway construction environmental impact evaluation is the premise to properly deal with the relationship between highway constructing and ecological environment protecting to a sustainable development. The needs of hilly highway design were considered, the current Chinese technical specifications of highway design were analyzed, and new evaluation index system and method were put forward. Route design, bridge design, tunnel design, protection engineering, temporary project were used to evaluation the lever of environment impact, and the evaluation indicator grade of environment impact has been established on the basis of specification and twin statistic data. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to calculate the weight of the subsystem, and the entropy is applied to calculate the weight of the indexes, so the lever of environment impact can be considered data objectivity and classification subjectivity. Computation result shows that: from the whole system, the lever of environment impact is fine closely to medium grade. The results express the impact degree of the highway on the different levels and different aspects, which indicates that the evaluation index system and the method are feasible.
