In recent years, the diseases and accidents issues caused by excessive drinking attract more and more people's attention, so the researchanddevelopmentofantialcoholismproductshaveavitalpracticalsignificance.Currentlythereareavarietyofhangoverproducts (including food and medicine, etc.) available, this paper reviews research status and hangover mechanisms of a natural nutrients-protein peptide and expresses the prospect of antialcoholism of protein peptide.%近年来，由过度饮酒引起的疾病及交通事故等问题越来越受到人们的关注，因此研究并开发相关解酒制品具有重要的意义。当前已经有多种解酒制品（包括食品和药品等）问世，就一种纯天然营养物质-蛋白肽的研究现状及解酒机制进行综述，并对蛋白肽在解酒方面的应用进行展望。
