The development process of workshops, the design and layout of equipments, production apparatus, production techniques, and mechanized production in Tianjin Distillery was reviewed and summed up, some advice were put forward and the prospects of liquor mechanized production were described.%对天津酿酒厂在白酒生产发展过程中厂房、设备设计布局，生产设备、生产工艺及生产机械化进行了回顾和总结。针对中国白酒机械化发展提出了建议和展望。
