中国白酒地理标志保护现状分析与建议

摘要

白酒地理标志不仅是一种知识产权,也是一种促进特色产业发展的制度。白酒地理标志已经引起世界各国的重视。白酒地理标志产品所具有的独特风格和魅力与原产地的气候、地质、土壤等自然因素以及独有的加工工艺、生产技术、文化背景等人文因素密切相关。白酒地理标志的保护能够发挥我国的资源优势,对增强我国白酒产品的核心竞争力起到重要作用。通过分析我国目前有关白酒地理标志保护现状,认为白酒地理标志作为支持经济发展的重要组成部分,应建立起一套统一地理标志的法律体系,从而推动我国白酒产业的发展。%Liquor geographical indication is not only an intellectual property,but also a system promoting the development of specialty industries.Liquor geographical indication has attracted great attention in the world.Liquor geographical indication has unique styles and charm due to its close relations with original geology,soil,climate and other natural factors as well as the corresponding human factors such as processing technology,production technology,and cultural background.The protection of liquor geographical indication could make full play of the resource advantages and strengthen core competitiveness of liquor products in China.Through the analysis of current protection situations of liquor geographical indications in China,we believed that liquor geographical indication may play an important role in economic development and we should establish the uniform geographical indication protection law to promote the development of liquor-making industry in China.
