社区开展高血压病患者规范化管理效果的评价

摘要

Objective: To observe the effect of blood pressure control for patients with hypertension standardized management. Methods:200 cases drawn from the community management of hypertension archiving file system hypertension were randomly divided into observation group(n=100) and control group(n=100), respectively,the cases were followed up for 1 year, to observe strict lifestyle guidance group,hypertension and psychological knowledge missionary guidance, blood pressure monitoring,outpatient follow-up group on a regular basis to observe the distinction between system indicators were compared before and after the follow-up. Results: Observation group were significantly improved family life,the weight can be controlled,stable psychological and emotional,good blood pressure control standards. Conclusion: Prevention of hypertension control from the start , a healthy lifestyle and a good mood for the treatment and prevention of hypertension is beneficial to both. Responsibility for the implementation of community health services system in hypertensive patients physicians standardized management plan is to increase the rate of blood pressure control in patients with community-effective management.%目的：观察高血压病人规范化管理对血压控制达标的影响。方法：从社区高血压档案系统抽取建档管理的高血压患者200例，随机分为观察组和对照组各100例，观察组进行严格的生活方式指导、高血压知识宣教和心理指导、血压监测等；对照组定期门诊随访，比较两组随访1年前、后观察指标的区别。结果：观察组患者家庭生活方式明显改善，体重得以控制，心理情绪平稳，血压控制达标好。结论：高血压患者的控制要从预防开始，建立健康生活方式、良好的情绪对治疗和预防高血压均有利；社区卫生服务机构实施责任医师制的高血压病例规范化管理是提高对社区高血压患者血压控制率的有效管理模式。
