急诊脑卒中识别评分量表在社区脑卒中患者早期识别与转诊中的作用

摘要

目的：探讨急诊脑卒中识别评分量表（ROSIER）在社区脑卒中患者早期识别与转诊中的应用价值。方法：全科医师在社区卫生服务中心使用 ROSIER评分量表和FAST评分量表对首诊的可疑脑卒中患者440例进行评估，比较两种评分量表的临床应用价值。结果：与最终临床诊断结果相比，ROSIER和FAST评分量表均可用于社区可疑脑卒中的识别，使用 ROSIER 评分量表和 FAST 评分量表对社区可疑脑卒中患者进行评估的Kappa 值分别为0．703和0．568。结论：与FAST评分量表比较，社区卫生服务中心医师使用 ROSIER评分量表可更好地早期快速识别和转运可疑脑卒中患者。%Objective:To explore the value of using ROSIER scale performed by community medical practitioner on the assessment of suspected patients with stroke. Methods:FAST scale and ROSIER scale were used by community medical practitioner as a transfer protocol in the community health service center on 440 suspected patients with stroke. The clinical application value was compared between the two scales. Results:According to the final diagnosis, both the ROSIER and FAST scale were useful in the recognition of suspected patients with stroke ,the Kappa statistics of the ROSIER and FAST scale were 0.703 and 0.568. Conclusion:Comparing with the FAST scale,the ROSIER scale is better for community medical practitioners to recognize and transfer a suspected patients with stroke in the community health service center in China.
