Based on the characteristics of mobile phone injections molding, the paper aimed at inserts with different shrinking rate, adopted different proportions in three directions: deformation, adopted mold temperature, optimize cooling adjustment; metalinsert positioning, assembly, connection problems, adopted the inverted triangle, specifically strengthen the rivet holes to solve.
