基于深度传感压痕的材料力学性能测试技术研究进展

         

摘要

对深度传感压痕的基本原理进行简单介绍,并着重阐述国内外压痕测试材料力学性能参数的方法过程及主要成果,同时对应力状态、压痕尺寸效应、面积函数和接触零点等精度影响因素进行初步分析,最后建议对深度传感压痕技术的检测手段验证、精度影响因素控制等方面做进一步研究,以期为该技术在力学性能测试领域的进一步应用提供参考.%The basic mechanism of depth-sensing indentation was introduced.The procedures and the latest achievements of material mechanical properties test by depth-sensing indentation were also expounded.Moreover,the precision influence factors of stress state,indentation size effect (ISE),contact point and area function were primarily analyzed.At last,advices for testing methods verification of the depth-sensing indentation technology and accuracy control were also mentioned.The technology of depth-sensing indentation provides a reference for further application in the field of mechanical properties test.
