This article brielfy describes situated cognition and learning theory, sense-making theory. Based on the individual and organizational sense-making model, we presented social sense-making model. And then, according to the mechanism for exchange of information between members, we analyzed and compared social sense-making model based on the initiative communication and its based on the passive communication.%文章简要阐述情境认知与学习理论以及意义构建理论,在个人意义构建模型和组织意义构建模型的基础上,提出了社会意义构建模型,然后根据成员信息交流机制,提出基于主动交流的社会意义构建模式和基于无主动交流的社会意义构建模式,并进行了比较分析。
