我国地方性图书馆法规相关信息伦理调查与分析

摘要

By 13 local library laws in China as the investigation object and privacy rights , intellectual property, access rights and work ethic as examining index this paper analyzes information ethic embodied in law that is clear to the defects of the local library laws and regulations in order to provide reference for the future library legislation of China.%以我国现行的13部地方性图书馆法规为调查对象，以“隐私权”、“知识产权”、“获取权”与“职业伦理”为考察指标，分析信息伦理在法规中的体现，指出地方性图书馆法规中存在的不足，为我国今后的图书馆立法提供参考建议。
