The system has an electronic library (3.1), and output construction models (10.1, 11.1) are stored in the library. Each model consists an geometrical object with an attribute. The module (10.1) is changeable by a user. An automatic evaluatable dependence regulation is stored in the library. Mouse (4.2) and keypad (5.2) are provided for changing the blueprint of each attribute, which is changeable by the user.
