文章使用网络调查法与文献调查法搜集相关标准，采用层次划分与维度划分方法对标准进行分析与归纳。从中央政府机构、省市自治区政府机构、图书馆行业协会、公共图书馆个体四个层次和主体、时间、地区、内容、过程五个维度重点解构建国后我国大陆地区公共图书馆标准体系，从而得出结论。%First, this paper uses web-based investigation and literature investigation to collect related standards, it analyzes and summarizes those standards in two perspectives. Then, this paper draws a conclusion from four hierarchies and ifve dimensions. The hierarchies are central government, provincial, municipal and autonomous regional government, library association, and public library. Five dimensions are the setting body, the setting time, the setting area and standards contents. Finally, it suggests that all kinds of public library standard setting body shall improve the system together; shall push the development of public library legislations along with the related standards; shall break the imbalance between different areas;shall develop the notion of “Rule a Library by Law” in librarians; shall absorb domestic and foreign advanced experience to complete the structure of the standards’ content; shall reifne the public library standard system in general, including the procedures of service preparation, operation and evaluation.
