电子商务个体经营者三层次五维度创业胜任力指标体系研究--基于浙江、广东两省实证分析

摘要

As a new business model,the electronic commerce changes the operation way of traditional offline channel.It is a major value chain reconstruction.During this model change,the entrepreneurs of e -commerce will also rematch to the model by ability evolution.This paper takes the e -commerce self -employed as research object,and makes an compara-tive study of three kinds of subjects———entrepreneurs who gain excellent performance,poor performance and the non -en-trepreneurship.Based on empirical analysis as well as the theoretical review,the paper constructs the entrepreneurial com-petence index system of three -level———core layer,middle layer and the outer shell———and five -dimension,which pro-vides theoretical support for individual operators to enhance the quality of electronic commerce,therefore,promotes the prosperity and development of electronic commerce.%以电子商务个体经营者为研究对象，在理论回顾与实证分析基础上，通过对创业绩效优秀的创业者、创业绩效差的创业者、不创业的普通员工三类主体进行实证比较研究，构建创业胜任力的核心层、中间层及外壳层的三层次五维度指标体系，从而为电子商务个体经营者素质提升提供理论支持，助推电子商务的繁荣发展。
