CRITIC-TOPSIS方法下的高校图书馆建设服务绩效评价

摘要

In order to quantitatively analyze the performance of university libraries,this paper constructs indicators from input factors,e.g.library staff,budget,buildings,facilities and services,and output factors,e.g.number of graduates,research outcomes and services to the society.The CRITIC-TOPSIS model is used for 40 college and university libraries directly under the Ministry of Education.The results show that the performance of libraries of comprehensive universities is low while the performance of science,engineering,agriculture and normal universities is higher.%为了定量分析高校图书馆建设的绩效,文章从高校图书馆建设和教学、科研、社会服务等方面构建绩效评价体系,采用CRITIC-TOPSIS模型对40所教育部直属高校图书馆建设服务绩效进行综合评价.研究表明:综合类高校图书馆服务绩效不高,理工类、农业类和师范类高校图书馆服务绩效较高.
