高校“图书馆员2.0”组织支持感和情绪管理研究

摘要

Through the investigation and analysis of the emotional performance of“librarian 2.0”in Shanxi universities, this ar-ticle explores the emotional regulation and control of“librarian 2.0”from the perspective of organizational support, and through the active support and improve the process of fair to enhance the sense of organization and support, so as to ensure that“librarian 2.0”to maintain good mood state, good effect of the service.%通过对陕西高校“图书馆员2.0”工作情绪表现的调查了解和分析，从组织支持角度探究对“图书馆员2.0”的情绪进行调节与控制，并通过主动支持、提高程序公平等方式提升馆员的组织支持感，从而确保“图书馆员2.0”在组织层面上能够保持良好的工作情绪和状态，使馆员更大程度上地创新优良服务成果。
