Based on the literature about librarian professional competence and nearly 10 years of public library recruitment doc-uments,this article explores the required professional competence of domestic public librarian.Combined with the actual content of public library,it reconsiders the professional competence requirement and suggests domestic public librarian make clear ca-reer development,contact new fields,learn new knowledge to adapt the requirement of Internet Plus.%文章以图书馆员职业能力相关文献以及近10年公共图书馆的招聘文件为研究依据,探讨国内公共图书馆馆员所需的职业能力,并结合公共图书馆实际工作内容,重新考量了公共图书馆馆员的职业能力需求.建议公共图书馆员要定位清晰、明晰自己的职业发展路径,接触新的领域、学习新的知识,让个人知识能力适应"+"时代的要求.
