俄罗斯家庭年儿童阅读活动及启示

摘要

2007年普京发布总统令,确立2008年为俄罗斯的家庭年,目的是巩固家庭的核心地位、强调家庭对儿童发展的重要性。俄罗斯所有图书馆都举行了反映家庭内容的各种活动,侧重开展以培养儿童阅读习惯为中心的家庭阅读、儿童阅读活动。其中奥廖尔州州立儿童图书馆表现得尤为突出。该馆采取一系列有效的方法,取得了良好的成效,包括实施早期婴幼儿阅读计划,深化俄罗斯传统的家庭阅读,增加深化阅读活动的创作比赛,开展儿童法制宣传阅读等,值得中国儿童图书馆借鉴。%Putin issued the president＇s order in 2007： the year of 2008 is established as Russian Family Year for enhancing the core position of families and emphasizing the importance of families for the development of children.All libraries in Russia has held various activities to reflect family details,and developed children＇s reading activities and family reading activities with taking cultivating the reading habit of children as the center.Orel State Children＇s Library has an outstanding performance in these activities.Orel State Children＇s Library has obtained favorable impact through a series of effectual methods,such as implementing reading plans of infants,deepening Russian traditional family reading,increasing the creation competition of deepening reading activities,developing laws propagandism reading for children,and so on.All activities could be learned by children＇s libraries in China.
