运动、谷氨酰胺与肠道免疫研究进展

摘要

综述了谷氨酰胺的生理作用及补充谷氨酰胺对运动后肠道免疫功能变化的影响,为进一步研究运动性免疫抑制提供理论依据。%This paper summarizes the physiological function of glutamine and the effect of supplement glutamine on immune function after exercise,and provides some theoretical basis for the future research of Exercise-induced Immunosuppressant.
