中国青少年柔韧素质测试标准研究综述

摘要

By using the method of document, comparative and comprehensive analysis. This paper comparison and analysis the development process, the test methods and the evaluation methods of youth flexibility quality in the United States, Japan and China. The results showed that Chinese youth flexibility quality research has a short history but rapid development, the test methods are lower effectiveness and there is no evaluation standard for Chinese youth. So the study of the flexibility quality test standard reform has great significance.%运用文献资料、对比研究、综合分析等研究方法,对美国、日本、中国青少年柔韧素质的发展过程、测试方法、评价方法三个方面进行了比较与分析,结果显示：我国青少年柔韧素质研究历史短,但发展迅速;测试方法有效性较低;没有制定出适合中国青少年的评价标准,因此,进行柔韧素质测试标准改革的研究具有重大意义。
