江苏省政府购买公共体育服务的方式、问题及对策研究

By using the methods of documents and logical analysis, this paper studies the motion of Jiangsu government purchasing public sports services, and gets the results that they lack thorough legal protection, scientific supervisory mechanism, professional assessment mechanism, and effective market competition; then according to these problems, it proposes some measures as follow: speeding up legal construction, establishing perfect supervisory mechanism, completing assessment mechanism, increasing government foster, and cultivating serve and purchase market, etc..%采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对江苏省政府购买公共体育服务的模式进行研究。结果表明：江苏省政府购买公共体育服务缺乏完善的法律制度保障、科学有效的监督机制、专业规范的评估机制、有效的供给市场竞争。针对这些问题提出加快法制建设，适时启动地方立法；建立完善的监督体制，提高监督能力；完善评估机制建设，提高评估公信力度；加大政策扶植力度，培育服务购买市场等措施。
