The experiment were conducted to study the effect of monensin and Tween 80 on sheep fattening.The NB (n =20) were selected as experiment animals and were divided into three groups,The first group were fed a basal diet,The second group were added 90mg/d monensin on the basis of diet,the third group were added 40 mg/kg · DM Tween 80 on the basis of diet.The experimental period was 90 d.The results showed:the average daily gain of the second group were higher than the first group,were greatly significantly higher than the first group (P ＜ 0.05),especially in the late fattening;the pure meat percentage of the second group were significantly higher than the first group and the third group (P ＜ 0.05),carcass meat production rate of the second group were greatly significantly higher than the third group(P ＜ 0.01);the average daily gain of the third group were higher than the first group (P ＞ 0.05),but the difference is not significant.%试验旨在研究莫能菌素与吐温80对肉羊育肥效果的影响,选取20只南非肉用美利奴×东北细毛羊杂交羊,分为3组,第一组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,第二组在基础日粮中添加莫能菌素90 mg/d,第三组在基础日粮中添加40 mg/kg·DM吐温80,试验期90 d.结果表明:添加莫能菌素组肉羊日增重高于对照组,在育肥后期达到显著水平;添加莫能菌素组肉羊净肉率显著高于对照组和吐温80组,胴体产肉率极显著高于吐温80组;添加吐温80组肉羊日增重有高于对照组的趋势,但差异不显著.
