With the method of the theory of language system and statistical methods, this paper analyses all the 2944 the words and phrases of “Qi” ( 气 ) in the “Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Medicine” (《黄帝内经》) and sums them up in 5 structures: coordinative phrases, modifier-noun structure, subject-predicate structure, verb-object structure, prepositional phrase. And then sums the meaning of them in 4 types: the “Qi” ( 气 ) in the body, the “Qi” ( 气 ) out of the body, the “Qi” ( 气 ) of breathing and the “Qi” ( 气 ) of expressing the period of time. Finally, all the 593 words or phrases constitute an interconnected system of words and are shown in the tabular form. On this basis we analyses the close relationship between the “Qi” ( 气 ) in the body and out of it, and explains how the meanings of a word distributs in the 4 types, the ideas of the doctor searching the source of the disease and treating disease according to the situation of it.%用语言系统理论、数据统计方法穷尽性分析《黄帝内经》的2944个含“气”词语，归纳为594条不重复词目，分为联合、定中、主谓、动宾、介词等5种结构及“气”的体内之气、体外之气、呼吸之气、时间节段等4种词义类型。这些词语相互关联，构成词语系统，用表格予以展现。又据其数量分析体内之气与体外之气的密切联系，探讨词义分布规律以及当时的医家治病求本、因病施治的理念。
