利用废弃铬革屑制备土壤有机肥的可行性探究

         

摘要

本文主要介绍了以经处理的制革废弃物(铬革屑)作为肥料原料,对土壤环境质量的影响.对所选土壤分别施用铬鞣革屑有机肥(1号肥)、豆粕有机肥(2号肥),并设置空白组作对比.从施肥之日起,每两周取一次样.对经处理土壤中的有机质含量和铬含量进行了测定.其中,有机质的测定方法为重铬酸钾容量法-外加热法测定,Cr含量通过石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定.测定结果为施肥量在1 kg/m2~3 kg/m2的土壤最终铬含量为95.2ppm~177.6ppm,未超过《土壤环境质量标准》的规定.实验结果证明经处理的铬革屑可以适量地用作有机肥.%The effects of using leathermeal organic fertilizer on quality of Soils was introduced in the artucle. Soil was respectively fertilized by chrome tanned leathermeal (1 fertilizer) and soybean meal organic fertilizer (2 fertilizer). At the same time, the blank contrast group was set for contrast. From the day of fertilization, take a sample every two weeks. The organic matter and chromium content in soil were detected. Potassium dichromate volumetric method-outside heating method was applied for measuring the organic matter;Atomic absorption spectrophotography (AAS) was applied for measuring the chromium contents. The determination results:the chromium content of the soil in which the amount of fertilizer was between 1 kg/m2 ~ 3 kg/m2 was 95.2 ppm~177.6 ppm. The result did not exceed National Soil Environmental Quality Standard. According to the result, chrome shavings can be appropriate used as organic fertilizer.
