企业家履行社会责任会带来幸福感么?--情商与乐观主义的调节作用

摘要

In the Entrepreneurs' various stakeholders dimensions of social responsibility, the shareholders/investors responsibility, community respon-sibility, charity responsibility has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurs' happiness, other stakeholder responsibility does not significantly affect en-trepreneurs' happiness. In the four dimensions of emotional intelligence, ROE and UOE play positive regulate role in the influence of entrepreneurs' share-holders/investors responsibility to entrepreneurs' happiness, OEA plays positive regulate role in the influence of entrepreneurs' charity responsibility to en-trepreneurs' happiness, optimism plays negative regulate role in the influence of entrepreneurs' community responsibility and charity responsibility to entre-preneurs' happiness.%企业家社会责任的各个利益相关者维度中，股东/投资者责任、社区责任、慈善责任对企业家幸福感有显著正向影响，其他利益相关者责任则对企业家幸福感没有显著影响。情商的四个维度中仅有情绪调整、情绪运用在企业家的股东/投资者责任对企业家幸福度的影响中起到正向调节作用，以及他人情绪评估在企业家的慈善责任对企业家幸福度的正向影响中起到正向调节作用，乐观主义在企业家的社区责任和慈善责任对企业家幸福度的影响中起到负向调节作用。
